Everyone has been so helpful on this board so I thank you! I do have one quick question though, for a wedding cake that is 3 tiers using 16, 12, and 8 inch pans, how many dowels would you use in each layer to make sure the whole thing doesn't collapse. I don't know why, but I am totally nervous about this cake...maybe because I have never done 3 tiers before. Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks!
