IF they come back to you about it, I would offer them a $20 - $25 credit on their next order, OR offer them the $7.20 they paid.

Try not to worry about it too much, I just did the same thing a few weeks ago (on all the tiers! I used buttercream instead of cherry, but I don't charge for the fillings), and honestly, I don't think they even noticed. ( I have spoken to the sister of the groom a few times since, and I'm sure I would have heard by now).
