Ever been in a room that drained the color out of your cake

: This is the second time I've experience this phenominon in the same reception hall.  Went in with a slightly off white cake and the colors in the hall turned it dark ivory.  But all the photos taken show it the proper color????  Today I brought in a pistachio green colored wedding cake and the room sucked the green right out of it and left the yellow.  Have you ever experienced this and what do you do to combat it.  I feel another clause in my contract coming on.
