I would give that tractor support. Put it on a foil-wrapped cardboard...wrap cardboard ALL the way around...maybe green foil would be nice.

Then put drinking straws into the cake it will sit on. Cut them to the height of the cake but after iced. Don't cut them so tall they protrude above the icing!

To place: Straws in place, cut a round pieve of saran wrap the size of the cardboard the tractor is placed on. Put that on the cake and place tractor on after cake is delivered.
