BUT, how does this work with humidity at 100%? I tried it once with a birthday cake as I have a cooler, but when I took it out, it sweat so bad that the colors ran and so I never tried that again. If the cake was all white, then perhaps it wouldn't be a problem. Our humidity here in the midwest is always high, even in the winter, I think.
