quick question...how large are these taste cakes?? I can't imagine giving away 3 cakes to one bride, has she paid a deposit yet?? Don't know how to help you with not having cakes at the consult, I have some things you could lie about such as: mixer breakdown, etc, but then she would wonder what if that happened for her wedding cake??
