I agree that that's a lot of free cake! I do a one layer torted 4" cake for tasting. How many flavors they get depends on the stated number of guests expected at the reception. For example if they expect 100 guests at the reception then they get two tasting cakes; 150 guests gets 3; 300 guests gets 4. Then they're maxed out.
