I have made lots of cakes for kids and showers, always using white bc.  My friend is getting married and wants a very plain 4 tiered chocolate buttercream wedding cake.  She just wants ribbon wrapped around it.  I have tried a couple of recipes and don't really care for them.  Adding the cocoa powder is a little to gritty for me.  I tried adding the chocolate squares and it was ok. Can any of you please post your favorite choc bc recipe?  I have time to play with this.  I love the look of fondant but she insists it be buttercream!!  Thank you in advance!!
