I haven't been here in a long time... I've cut back on my cake decorating a lot in the last year. Anyway... any tips on the best way to do a chocolate mosaic cake? What type of icing is the best to go under the chocolate mosaic? What type of chocolate/technique should I use for the actual mosaic chocolate? Etc.
