I don't think that it is that they really want a cheap cake, they just want to see if we will bend and give them a little break thinking we will lose them and that we need the money. When I was new at the business, I would sometimes do that to get the experience, but very seldom anymore. I was told the other day that I was cheaper than one of the grocery stores they'd been to and I was shocked!!
