These mini cakes are incredible!  You said they are single layers, but they look much taller.

  is an 8' and to me it looks a little big. Maybe that's just because of the monster bow on top. 

<A HREF="http://www.kathyskakesllc.com/weddingcake184.html">This</A> is my favorite way to do table cakes using  4 and 7" single layers. It's the perfect size for 8 to 10 people after a meal and they look cute on the tables. This one is regular frosting with a frosting rose - $20 each.
