I have traveled with 4 and 5 tiers all the time with NO problems. I remember one particular delivery that had a VERY steep hill at the end of an intersection where there was a stop sign. I sat, on the steep hill, for probably a good minute before I could pull out into traffic. The cakes never moved with SFS. I was more concerned about the car stalling than the cakes slipping! :)
