: OK didn't say it was easy. I've been working 14 to 16 hours a day and up all night on Friday. My husband helps me on delivery day. After I get home on Saturday I pass out and sleep about 14 hours straight. Some Saturdays I cry myself to sleep and thank God I made it one more week. I keep telling myself now three more weeks... three more weeks...I can do this. Let's just say I'm going to need convention vacations real bad this year. Sorry didn't need to whine.

: You and I must be the same age Jeff.  I too can only do 2 weddings per weekend and a couple smaller cakes without having a panic attack - no matter how carefully I plan.


: You folks are either young and energetic or else just love punishment! LOL  I'm too old to turn out that many cakes now days....two is my max for any one weekend.


: I had five but then again I've had five to seven every weekend, that's my cut off point. I didn't recall turning down more than usual after I was booked up.

: Did everyone survive 6/7/08??  I had 4 big ones and 2 groom's cakes and was so glad to get them all done and delivered.  I guess the next big date is 8/8/08, but it's on a Friday and so far, I only have one booked for that date.
