It would help if we could see the cake prior to it's falling, as I see it, there are clear twist pillars that should have gone through one tier(the second) and would have supported the next tier (the top). I only see one set of them, was there any support in the bottom tier, for the second tier, or you could have had the pillars going through the bottom tier, support the second, then there should have been some type of support in the second for the third tier (top), which I don't see in the picture. As to refund, that should be worked out with the bride, the site manager has stepped over the line, injecting her self into this problem.
