: I've been thinking about going to the Culinary Art Institute for the Baking and Pastry classes. Has anyone else gone?  I really thought it would be a good opportunity, but I am concerned about the cost since it was more than I thought.  I applied for the Hope and all but I guess once you have been out of high school for twenty years it's a lot harder to get help. I would have to get several loans and probably use my credit card.  Is it worth it to be in that much debt?  Need some advice please.
