I'm taking some classes at Klara Johnson's school starting next month, and noticed that in the spring of 2008, Nicholas Lodge will be there for 2 special guest classes. The one that interests me most is $400. Do I jump at the chance to take one of his classes, even though I'm just beginning? Or would it be way over my head? (my plan is to have taken a fondant & gum paste class by the time his rolls around) Thanks!
