Iowa ICES DOS and Joe Bushnell's gumpaste flower class

Just a reminder that the IA ICES DOS will be in Cedar Falls on November 11th. June Welter is handling the door prizes for us and has received donations worth over $700 including one absolutely amazing one!!!!
Demos include Christmas cookies, cowboy hat and party favors, sharp corners on square tiers, gumpaste water lily and cheesecake balls. I'm not taking any of those evil cheesecake balls home so anyone who comes will have to help eat them!
On Monday November 12th Joe Bushnell will be teaching a fun day of gumpaste flowers. We still have a couple spots open. If anyone is interested in attending either day email me for the details. finholt @ indytel.com
