Working with the ovens and mixers is really no big deal. You just have to know the 3 or 4 speeds of the mixer , using the clutch and up and down lever, about the same as many mixers. The oven, you just set the temp and practice a few times to determine how the oven bakes, nothing special about it. No big deal, but oh so convenient and faster.
