Hi Everyone:

I'm here and it is hot. If you are coming, bring "cool" clothes! It promises to be a great convention with lots of beautiful cakes, lots of vendors showing us the latest in cake tools and lots of demo classes to take. I hope you can come! Even if you can do one day, it's $50 for the day to see the cake room (usually nearly 1000 cakes on display from all over the world) and you get to see the vendors! Might be worth your time to fly on in!! Go to www.ices.org to get more information!
