OKICES is hosting "Catering for the Holidays" DOS on Sun, Nov 11 in Oklahoma City. Scheduled demonstrators include BKeith Ryder, Elizabeth Dickson, Donna Davis and more. Topics include crepes, salads, chocolate, holiday breads and cakes, pulled and blown sugar. Early bird registration deadline is Sept 30. Contact me at wavingwheat@prodigy.net for a registration form or stop by the ICES table at the sugar show in Tulsa. Hope to see you there!
