I make candy that has a marshmallow center and is dipped in chocolate. I want to sell them in pre boxed assortments in a local speciatly gift shop but I want to try to put something in them to preserve them. As is they will last on the shelf about a month without getting tough (i would hope they would sell faster than that) but a bit of insurance cant hurt. Any ideas as to what to use??
