: Hi.  My friend uses the Martha S. truffle recipe and wanted any help as to how to keep them firmer longer.  She said that shortly after removing them from the fridge, they start to soften up.  I'm not familiar with the recipe and don't make truffles.  Can someone give some hints?  THX
