Sure.....melt about 1/3 the quantity of chocolate as the amount of finished ganache you have [for example....if you have 3 cups gananche, melt 1 cup white chocolate]. Warm the ganache until liquid again, combine the two thoroughly, then rechill the mixture.

: My white chocolate ganache is too soft to form truffles. Can I do something to harden it ( I already know I didnt add enough chocolate to the cream but can it be resurrected? Many thanks....
