I had to do something like this in the form of chocolate teacups for a tea party cake. I made the teacups filled in then after they were cold and out of the mold, I heated up the tip of a knife on my electric stove coil (not terribly hot) and used it to score out the hole in the top of the cup then filled it with white icing so that it looked like a whipped cream latte (sp??), You could do this with the opening of your high heel.

: Wouldn't you fill each side, dump it, fill and dump again to thicken walls, then put it together afterward?
