Good tasting fondat recipe

My grandaughter is being married in early November. she asked me to make her wedding cake. I have not done weddings in about 15 years. Her colors are chocolate and ivory. Can anyone help me with a good chocolate fondant recipe for the brides cake. Would like to do Ivory for the top tier, chocolate on the bottom with a lighter shade of chocolate on the middle. will have Ivory drapes. Making gumpaste roses hopefully to look like the chocolate and ivory roses in her bouquet. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
