I did find another reason for my pie crust a little
while ago. I made up 6 batches of cookie dough to
put in the freezer and just happened to taste the
6th batch and I had bought self rising flour.
.. That's 18 eggs, 12 sticks of butter and
12 cups of sugar to go in the trash plus the rest of
the flour. It's just one of those days.. That's the second time this summer I have done that except last time I also rolled out and cooked 3 batches before I discovered my mistake. I think it's time for me to
turn in my spatula and retire. ha
