My icing recipe uses 1/3 butter and 2/3 Crisco, and I used the icing improver in place of part of the Crisco. Yes, it was the new Crisco. I've been using a store-brand shortening that isn't trans-fat free, but I tried the icing improver with the TFF Crisco to see if it would work, and it did!
