I haven't put the crushed oreos "in" a cake but what I do is to make the white chocolate mousse recipe that Marida uses on this board and mix the broken up Oreo pieces in it and then fill a white cake with some kind of a chocolate filling, top it with the mousse and then on the top of the cake use the mousse again or whipped cream. :) Diane
