1 pound butter, room temperature
1/2 cup crisco
2 pounds sifted powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
6 to 8 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled
Blend butter and crisco until completely mixed. Add sugar and mix on low until smooth [will appear dry at first but will come together and become smooth]. Add vanilla and white chocolate.
: Does anyone have a good white chocolate buttercream that they would share? A customer has requested a white cake with raspberry filling and white chocolate frosting and I would like to make one that's tried and true. Thanks.
