I just did one using the white almond sour cream recipe and switching it to a DH strawberry supreme mix. I used heavy whipping cream instead of water and used 4 egg whites like the recipe, but used 2 T applesauce instead of the oil. I also added 1 1/4 C thinly sliced strawberries at the end. I baked at 350. It's very dense, very moist and got some really rave reviews this weekend! It was the wow factor I was looking for:):) Hope this helps!
