Which fondant to use?

: Hello everyone,

I'm a new fondant user.  I've been decorating for a long time, but have been afraid of fondant.  Can you tell me which is the easiest to work with?  Should I make it from scratch?  Also, I want it to taste good.  I've tried Wilton and I don't like the way it tastes.
