I have frozen ganache and it has been fine. Just remember to bring it to room temperature and rebeat it before you use it. I have also left it at room temperature on a cake for a few days and it has been fine.
: Not real familiar with Ganache. If I make it ahead, can it be refrigerated or frozen? Does it keep for any length of time on countertop?
