Cookies without eggs

Hey everyone,I want to make some ice cream cookie sandwiches for my little girls birthday party. I normally use sugar cookies to make them but I have a couple of kids comming who have allergies to eggs and nuts. Can anyone reccomend a good cookie that would work for this. I have been through all of my books and all i can find are either no-bakes or butter cookies and i dont thing they will hold up well.
