Just had a consultation with a bride who has tasted the following combination while on vacation in another state. White chocolate cake filled with Italian Meringue Buttercream icing, seedless raspberry jam and finely ground coconut (desiccated). Thought I'd share with you. She said it was to die for but I gave them the rest of the cake to take home and didn't sample it myself. I put this new combo on my flavors list and names it after the bride :-)
