I used to use this board a long time ago and then I stopped decorating for about 5 years and I am now trying to start again. I have an order for this Friday and I can't find my original recipe for IMBC. I do know I got it from this board and it was really good. Light and Buttery but enough sweetness. Anyway, if you could direct me again I would appreciate it. Thanks

I am looking for a good Italian Meringue Buttercream Recipe. Also, I tried the recipe for buttercream in "THE CAKE WALK" book, but it does not color well and I thought it was not sweet enough. I know that is the idea of it, but maybe I did something wrong or yall have a better recipe.
