I just added it to my dark chocolate fudge cake along with a package of dry instant chocolate fudge pudding. Because of the pudding, I had to increase the water a little but otherwise didn't change anything else. What you could do is try it with less than the amount of liquid called for then increase it gradually if the batter seems too thick to you. Best. DeniseNH
: I have heard that adding a cup of sour cream to a cake mix really enhances it. Has anyone tried this? If so, is the batter too thin and should I adjust any other ingredients? Thanks.
