I have a wedding cake this week with peanut butter mousse filling and raspberry mousse filling and wonder if you all have any ideas or have done these? I wondered about doing the whipping cream and adding plain vanilla instant pudding and then adding peanut butter or the raspberry filling in a sleeve?? Sound like it would work? Thanks.
