For the peanut butter mousse, I use this recipe.....great in a chocolate cake!
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) package Cool Whip, thawed
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
For Raspberry, I add 1/2 cup raspberry preserves, and a tablespoon of two of raspberry liqueur to 2 cups meringue butter cream.
: I have a wedding cake this week with peanut butter mousse filling and raspberry mousse filling and wonder if you all have any ideas or have done these? I wondered about doing the whipping cream and adding plain vanilla instant pudding and then adding peanut butter or the raspberry filling in a sleeve?? Sound like it would work? Thanks.
