Thank you! I knew they weren't hard, but since I have never made them I wasn't sure. I just needed a little guide.

: Last time I made them, I mixed the cake, a bit of icing, nuts and some raspberry filling and made the balls and put them in the freezer and a bit later took them out and dipped them in chocolate. I took them to our Weekend of Sharing in St. Louis and they disappeared really fast. You can add about anything such as chips, coconut, nuts, etc.
