Does anyone have a secret to keeping chocolate covered berries from weeping? I've done them lots, but I do them early the morning of the event and sometimes, some of them still weep. I have 200 to do this Saturday and I'm still hunting for a way to do them and keep them from weeping. Would a light coating of parafin wax work or not? Just hunting ideas!!
