Butter is the problem here. I feel that a couple weeks in the fridge or a month in the freezer will do it. If you eliminated the butter it would probably keep for a month in the fridge.
: I have tried a new frosting,but I am not sure about the storing issue. I am not sure if it needs to be refrigerated and how long it lasts. Anyone have any thoughts? Here are the ingredients...flour and milk(cooked on sotve)...added to crisco, sugar, butter and vanilla. Thanks in advance!
