I just received this so I haven't tried it, but sounds good.

Dark Chocolate Fudge

From Dark Celebration / Feehan

3 cups (18 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1 (14-oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Dash of Salt

1 Cup walnuts-chopped

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened milk and salt.

Remove from heat; stir in walnuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into an 8 or 9-inch

Square pan (lined with wax paper). Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto

Cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store any leftovers loosely covered

At room temperature.
