hi, what i have found is use 1 can of pop-like coke or cream soda etc, add this to i box cake mix beat as usual and bake, i doesn't come up quiet as high but almost and is very most. easy to get out of the pan and won't fall apart, and needs no eggs, i have made this several time and everyone loves the cake. good luck

: Hi all, Most of my cakes are for children. I am finding more and more that have an allergy to eggs. Can any of you give me some recipies for cakes that do not use eggs or egg products? I am so lucky that my girls can and will eat anything put in front of them. Any help would be great.
