: I came out of retirement to make this cake for my cousin last weekend. Her theme was Winter Wonderland. The tier sizes were 14 square, 10 and 6 round. I used Sky Blue paste color to acheive the color. The cake is iced and decorated in Buttercreme. The snowflakes are piped freehand directly onto the cake using different size cookie cutters pressed into the crusted icing as guides. Flowers were silk white poinsettias, which were also used in conjunction with their winter theme
They requested marble cake, which I made using wedding white and chocolate fudge batter.
