Thank you so much for your kind words! I rolled the fondant out on a piece of vinyl to the size I needed and then flipped it over onto the cake and peeled off the vinyl! Worked like a charm. The only problem I had was to make sure there were no seams from folding and kneading on the underside of the fondant. These became visable if I wasn't careful. Thanks again!
