I'd just do a sheet cake with an ocean scene and pipe a couple of big palm trees (one on either side), use ground up vanilla wafers for sand, piping gel for water, and then I'd make some seashells out of chocolate (molded) and dust them with pearl dust. You could pipe a hula girl on it if you wanted like she is standing on the sandy beach. Don't think I have any pictures I could post. Sorry.
